Refund policy

Every AURBITAL order has a 30-day guarantee. You have 30 days from the delivery date to ask for a refund or a replacement if your order arrives damaged, is defective, or does not work.

How to ask

Send us your order number and a photo or video that shows the problem using our contact form. You do not need to return the product.

What we do

After we review your request, we will send you a replacement or refund you. We will tell you which one we will do. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

What is not covered

We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
